Are you a self-motivated individual with a talent for keeping things organized? Redbird, a reputable company in Milwaukee, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Stock Associates.

As a Stock Associate at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of merchandise and ensuring that our shelves are always well-stocked for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and unload incoming shipments of merchandise
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to management
  • Organize and store merchandise in designated storage areas
  • Restock shelves and displays with merchandise in an efficient and timely manner
  • Rotate stock to ensure older products are at the front for sale
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and on the sales floor
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering inquiries as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
