Are you a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a knack for keeping things organized? Redbird, a reputable company in Milwaukee, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Stockers.

As a Stocker at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our inventory is well-maintained.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to company standards
  • Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first and minimize waste
  • Perform regular inventory counts and restocking tasks to maintain product availability
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and sales floor areas
  • Assist with labeling and pricing merchandise as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail or stocking preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
