    :

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers primarily by phone, both inbound and outbound, to gather information used to key in orders in computer database.
  • Checks inventory periodically preparing allocations and noting merchandise that may be out of stock.
  • Handles customer administration to include customer set up and maintenance.
  • Maintains customer records (both manually and on the computer) to produce and distribute daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports from database.
  • Check and update expiring temporary, suspended, and cancelled customer state alcohol permits daily.
  • Resolves customers' service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, handling credits and adjusting bills.
  • Provides office support by assisting co-workers as needed to handle an increased customer load.
  • Manage JB Hub and Customer Service inbox on a daily bases.

    • Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills – Word and Excel experience desired
  • Must be flexible to work schedule and ability to adjust for changes in workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

    • Candidate must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check
