- Lead engaging and dynamic fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels.
- Develop and implement creative and effective workout routines that cater to the needs and goals of class participants.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and ensure the safety of all participants.
- Motivate and encourage participants to push past their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere during classes.
- Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and shift leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- The ability to respond appropriately under pressure with sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Certification in group fitness instruction from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
- At least 2 years of experience in the Fitness Industry and class instruction
- CPR and AED certification
