- Monday - Friday, 8:30 11:30 am
- There will be solely 4 workdays each week. The students will be off campus on a field trip one day each week. Plan to be available all 5 days - the official schedule will be shared closer to the start date.
- Manage large classes of 25 students along with one assistant staff member
- Conduct quick, 30 minute classes that cater to varying skill levels and abilities.
- Effectively communicate instructions and demonstrate proper techniques for the sports and activities the students will be participating in.
- Strong athletic background with proficiency in multiple sports or activities, demonstrating the ability to adapt and effectively teach the fundamentals to students of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate young students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a group of students effectively.
- Background check required.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled athletics/sports instructor to lead engaging sports classes for elementary and middle school students. As an Athletics Instructor at Mindful Roots, you will guide students through the following activities over 6 weeks: soccer, basketball, flag football, capture-the-flag, frisbee and kickball.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to support their progress and development in each sport.
