- Work with internal agency service groups to provide thought leadership and daily planning on your assigned clients.
- Be responsible for overseeing client remit and working with the account team to achieve client KPIs and ensuring client is continuously meeting their business KPIs.
- Demonstrate and exercise knowledge of account management and client trusted advisor leadership to organically grow client remit.
- Own the client forecasting and management of budgets in conjunction with the assigned PM lead
- 7-10 years of client management experience at an agency, brand or sports/entertainment property
- The ability to travel up to 30%
- Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, sponsorship, hospitality and creative design

rEvolution is in search of an Associate Account Director. In this role, reporting to Account Director you will be a leader within the agency and a vital part of successful planning and execution of client programming and business leadership. This role works closely with the internal rEvolution team and clients day-to-day to provide support on client growth.
