Your Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, resources, production layouts, and production documents
- Sub-project leader for ERP projects
- Sub-project leader for development, quality, and cost reduction projects
- Analyze the profitability of outsourcing vs. in-house production, create cost calculations
- Procurement and implementation of investment goods (equipment and machinery) including selection of production concepts, suppliers, machine acceptance, process approvals, commissioning, and pilot series support
- Digitalization, standardization, and stabilization of production and its processes
- Leading and participating in lean projects and workshops
Our Requirements
- Completed degree in production engineering / technician / master or completed technical vocational training with relevant work experience
- Analytical, independent, and responsible work style
- Experience in project management, process planning, process implementation, and lean production is desirable
- Commitment, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office and proALPHA, SAP knowledge is desirable
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel
