    Job DescriptionSalary: $85, $100,000.00 per year

    Redline Powersports is an authorized Indian Motorcycle, Polaris, BRP, Slingshot, Sea Doo, Spyder/Ryker, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha dealership serving the Richmond, VA area. We are proud to carry an unparalleled selection of new and pre-owned ATVs, motorcycles, PWCs, and UTVs that will excite all enthusiasts.

    We need to hire an Internet Sales Manager for our location in Prince George, VA. We are hiring team members who know how to take care of our customers Successful Sales Managers or BDC Managers welcome to apply along with experienced Sales Professionals.     Responsibilities – Internet Sales Manager:

    • Manages and respond to incoming internet leads promptly and professionally
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up with potential customers
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions
    • Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
    • Must be able to work with VIN SOLUTIONS or have prior CRM Experience
    • Action-oriented and results-driven

    Qualifications/Requirements – Internet Sales Manager:

    • Prior BDC Management is preferred
    • Superior lead management skills
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
