- Lead the delivery and oversight of Behavioral Health services at Amoskeag Health's four clinics.
- Support a team-based, integrated Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
- Implement evidence-based treatment practices and mission-driven goal setting.
- Ensure high-quality behavioral health and social services are provided.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- New Hampshire LICSW, LMHC, or other behavioral health license required.
- Three years of experience in behavioral healthcare or social services field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience within an integrated primary care-behavioral health or PCMH setting is highly valued.
- Knowledge of behavioral health billing and coding, managed care principles, and third-party payer guidelines.
- Verifiable good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain a non-judgmental disposition and communicate effectively with a diverse patient and staff population.
- An awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural diversity of the population employed and served by Amoskeag Health.
