- Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements; serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process. Manage full recruiting lifecycle and process from intake discussion through offer acceptance; provide value-added guidance on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected.
- Initiate and manage onboarding/new hire process to ensure a positive transition from candidate to new employee.
- Meet department goals and metrics related to calls, contacts made, and hires.
- Research, recommend, and execute new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Accurately manage and maintain candidate profiles and onboarding process in Bullhorn.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to ensure an effective and efficient process that minimizes waste and optimizes the hiring of top talent.
- Attending career fairs and other on-site recruiting events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong internal motivation to get the job done, with a high bar for excellence.

- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Experience in the Behavioral Health field strongly preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn multiple software programs.
- Experience using virtual platforms for interviewing.
- Experience with Healthcare recruiting preferred but not required.
