    Our prestigious healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a community health setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-quality patient care, a strong understanding of primary care principles, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients within the outpatient setting, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling.
    • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.
    • Performing initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
    • Updating patient records and check vital signs.
    • Coordinating with healthcare team members.
    • Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
    • Operating and monitoring medical equipment necessary for patient care.
    • Assisting patients with managing chronic and acute health conditions.
    • Providing health promotion, counseling, and education to patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
    • Demonstrating cultural competence in caring for patients with diverse language, culture, and socio-economic backgrounds.
    Qualifications
    • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in primary care, pediatrics, or geriatrics.
    • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
    • Proven experience in community health settings.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on preventative health care.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical software.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
