To promote social development, you will use rules and methods for conflict resolution. Your skills in communication will help you to interact with children and parents in a sensitive yet assertive manner.

The most important aspect of your job as a childcare worker is building a trusting and stable relationship with the children, making them feel comfortable and understood.
