We are currently seeking a Technical Systems Clerk with a high level of complexity (m/f/d) for DB Station&Service AG at our Rosenheim location.
Your responsibilities:
  • You will take on the technical and building management role for assigned system classes (e.g. heating/cooling/ventilation/conveyor technology, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for managing operational maintenance measures (BIS), as well as maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting
  • You will act as a point of contact for your interfaces in technical facility management and ensure effective and trustworthy collaboration
  • You will professionally commission and coordinate various contractors and service providers according to the type, time, and location of services, while maintaining quality through secondary monitoring
  • You will be responsible for creating documentation and necessary materials for data system maintenance
  • You will ensure compliance with service and safety standards of the DB Group and fulfill traffic safety obligations
