recognition year for the training profession of
Erzieher/in (all m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

3 years of theoretical and practical training in our facilities. The tasks of Heilerziehungspflege include the education, support, assistance, counseling, and care of people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities of all ages in their living environment. The overall goal of Heilerziehungspfleger/innen is to maintain or develop a self-determined way of life for the people they support, while also ensuring a high quality of life.

Your training area within the facility includes:

  • Stabilization of mental well-being after long-term hospitalization
  • Integration of clients into the community
  • Support and assistance in their daily lives
  • Development and implementation of a health-promoting daily
