The CJD Niedersachsen NW-Hamburg includes the department for child, youth, and family assistance of CJD Elze. We are a recognized independent provider of youth welfare services.

Our employees provide differentiated and qualified ambulatory, semi-residential, and residential assistance for upbringing according to the Social Code Book VIII (Child and Youth Welfare Act).


Your new area of responsibility:


  • Implementation of school support measures for primary school children with special needs
  • Support in the social class community
  • Support in learning behavior
  • Counseling in crises and conflicts
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Cooperation with the respective school
  • Parent counseling in the school context

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training as a statecertified educator (m/f/d) or
  • Comparable qualification

Requirements:


  • Beginners welcome
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Empathy
  • High degree of independence and personal responsibility
  • Willingness for further training and supervision
  • Membership in a Christian church that belongs to the Working Group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is desirable
