Sales Representative / Telephone Operator (M/F/D) in Wickliffe, KY


We advise companies on the digitalization of their sales and enable successful e-commerce and digitalization projects with our consulting services.

As digital and e-commerce consultants, we support our clients from developing new business models and strategies for digital growth to the conception and planning of e-commerce projects, as well as providing operational support during implementation.


We are looking for a Telephone Operator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a part-time basis.


Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for building new customer relationships through outbound calls for new customer acquisition. We will provide you with addresses and tools
  • You ensure that potential customers are identified and smoothly handed over to our sales team through your initial contact.
  • You convince new customers of our comprehensive consulting and services.
  • You organize appointments with potential new customers (agreement and followup).
  • You ensure organization and structure by maintaining and updating CRM data.

Your profile:

  • You have the desire and enthusiasm to convince potential customers of our services.
  • Active listening is a welcome challenge for you.
  • You are confident and not discouraged by a "no".
  • You bring motivation, positive energy, and communication skills.
  • You work independently, with commitment, structure, and as part of a team.
  • A commercial education and previous sales experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
