Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for leading and coaching the customer service team of up to six employees (directly at our Munich location)
  • You will share responsibility for customer support in daytoday operations (XX%) and support the team in handling all incoming support requests
  • You identify continuous improvement opportunities for the customer service department
  • You organize the customer support team as efficiently as possible to meet varying customer needs
  • You act as a liaison to our key account managers and take responsibility for continuous process optimization within your team
  • You handle reporting in the support department and always keep an eye on your team's relevant KPIs

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training or a degree
  • Several years of experience in customer support, customer service, and customer care
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are structured, solutionoriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • Good MS Office skills and an affinity for different tools
  • Ideally, you already have experience in leadership
