We are looking for you to join us on October 1st, 2023 for a Dual Study Bachelor of Arts in Food Franchise Management (m/f/d) in Ashtabula, OH.
We are a subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH and operate approximately 85% of the gastronomic establishments at Munich Airport. With currently around 800 employees, we ensure a diverse and attractive gastronomy.

Our mix of franchise, license, and our own strong brands includes concepts such as Käfer, Coffee Fellows, Hans im Glück, Dallmayr, and many more.

Invest in your future and complete an internationally recognized Bachelor's degree in System Gastronomy Management.

Gain valuable professional experience and quickly take on responsibility To prepare you for this, subjects such as business administration, food safety, communication, law, and languages are on the curriculum.

The knowledge acquired will be directly applied in our bars and bistros. The switch between theory and practice takes place every three months.

The theory phases take place at the State Academy of Studies in Plauen - the practical phases in our bars and bistros.
