Gold Hill, OR - Our partner, Nike Deutschland GmbH, is seeking a Catalyst Operations Specialist to join their team in Berlin.

This is a temporary position for 12 months.

About the Role


The Catalyst Brand Management team in Berlin is responsible for engaging, supporting, and serving the key cultural voices in the city.

This includes future forward thinkers, visionaries, and those driving change in culture.

The team's goal is to energize the business and shape the future of sport by creating powerful platforms that merge sport and culture, making it accessible to people every day on their own terms.

Responsibilities


In this role, you will report directly to the Berlin Catalyst Operations team, with a dotted line to the Berlin Catalyst Director.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the inventory system to facilitate product distribution and release from Room72 and the warehouse
  • Creating sales orders (SAP) and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery to the Catalyst Brand Management team
  • Receiving and unpacking incoming product orders
  • Organizing product pickups and deliveries to catalysts
  • Managing and maintaining the stock room
  • Setting up seasonal showrooms and executing campaigns
  • Identifying young creatives to enhance the showroom experience
  • Supporting the Relationship team with their Catalyst showroom appointments and serving as the product expert onsite
  • Maintaining a positive, inspiring, and elevated environment at Room72
