The Student Services Oldenburg offers central services for the student life


Our tasks include:
food & drinks, financial aid, housing, childcare, counseling, and cultural activities.

Our target group: 26,500 students in Oldenburg, Emden, Wilhelmshaven, and Elsfleth.

You.


Starting April 1st, 2023, there is a full-time position available for a clerk at the Office for Financial Aid in Oldenburg.

The weekly working hours are 39.8 hours. The position is initially limited until March 31st, 2025, with the intention of being extended to a permanent employment.


Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a culinary training as a cook, system gastronomist, or dietitian. Alternatively, you have a degree in nutritional science.
  • You have practical experience in the food service industry and can identify with our sustainable, environmentally friendly, and customeroriented approach.
  • You work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner. Additionally, you are a team player and have strong communication skills.

Your tasks:


  • You conceptualize and organize internal trainings on topics related to university gastronomy.
  • Conduct internal audits with a focus on HACCP.
  • You will be responsible for your own sustainability project from the beginning.
  • You plan and accompany events at all locations of the Student Services.
  • You check price labeling, additive labeling, and allergen labeling.
