Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for independently checking, coding, and posting incoming invoices in the accounts payable area
You will be responsible for reconciling accounts payable and clarifying open items
You will assist with monthly and annual financial statements, including provisions, active accruals, and transfers
You will handle reminders
You will support the development of accounting processes by participating in projects
You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for internal departments and suppliers

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have equivalent qualifications through skills and experience
You have several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
You have an analytical working style and a strong understanding of numbers
You have good knowledge of SAP, especially in SAP MM/FI
You have a handson mentality and work independently and in a structured manner
You have good written and spoken English skills
