Systemic Coach/Trainer in Anniston, AL - Full-time (38 hours)
Have you completed a coaching training and gained experience in coaching? Ideally, you also have a background in psychology or education, and a strong interest in the topic of personality? Then we would love to get to know you


WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
LINC is a spin-off from Leuphana University Lüneburg. With our constantly growing team, we have been offering psychologically-based testing procedures and further education since 2015.

Specifically, we develop innovative tools for assessing, representing, and developing personality (the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER), train coaches and trainers to work with these tools, and apply our instruments in coaching and other development processes.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for support in the form of a permanent position as soon as possible.


YOUR TASKS WITH US

  • You independently conduct coaching processes (preliminary discussion, goal clarification, coaching sessions)
  • In addition to coaching, you also take on individual training and consulting modules (e.g. team development workshops, feedback sessions on the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER, assessment centers)
  • After we have trained you to work with our instruments, you will also take on parts of the certification seminars (trainthetrainer)
  • You support us in developing our coaching and training offerings
