The Service Delivery Operations department is responsible for delivering stable and cost-effective IT infrastructure and platform services.

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, PA and oversee the JobManagement service.

This position reports to the Head of Subsection Automation and is responsible for the operation of the JobManagement service.


Your role

  • Overall responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the JobManagement service globally
  • Manage and collaborate with JobManagement technology providers to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Analyze the JobManagement market and identify necessary changes to technology
  • Plan, implement, and maintain changes to the JobManagement technology
  • Develop technical architecture roadmaps and processes to manage the technology lifecycle
  • Define highlevel technical models and prepare business cases in alignment with IT security and quality guidelines
  • Support global infrastructure projects and assist with business cases for approval, funding, and prioritization
