The Kitchen Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the kitchen in a culinary establishment.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision:

Food Preparation and Production:

  • Monitor food preparation and production to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
  • Oversee cooking methods, presentation techniques, and garnishing to ensure attractive preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Stay updated on food trends, dietary restrictions, and special requests to cater to diverse customer needs.
