In this role, you will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy which powers the passion economy and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities independently. This is a full-time role preferably located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles.Responsibilities1. Understand current problems and how it impacts creator perception, define success metrics.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to enhance TikTok Global PGC creator perception.3. Analyze PGC creator behavior and data to optimize perception related strategies(building showcases/Creator events/campaigns) based on analysis and market research.4. Coordinate with internal teams for new product-feature launches and global initiatives.5. Gather and provide insights on strategies to motivate PGC creators to stay active and continually improve their 1min+ content quality.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications1. BA/BS degree or higher, with 5+ years in Marketing/Operations. Must possess project management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.2. Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and build trusted relationships.4.     Job Information

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $235000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
