    Job Summary

    The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team collaborates closely with senior executives and the three business units of NetApp to sustain profitable growth. The team plays a crucial role in making strategic decisions and ensuring operational excellence. NetApp leads the industry in cloud data services, storage systems, and software, helping customers maximize the value of their data.

    As an S&O leader, you will be part of a dynamic team working on Corporate Strategy, market intelligence, annual planning, and cross-company initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior executives and opens doors to unique opportunities within NetApp.

    Job Requirements

    Strategic projects and initiatives

    • Tackle complex business challenges in a tech environment by collecting data, analyzing insights, and developing effective solutions.
    • Present recommendations to executives, drive implementation, and evaluate outcomes.
    • Create strategic narratives and recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Business Operations

    • Lead Monthly Business Reviews, Strategy Reviews, and Annual Operating Plans to execute business priorities.
    • Develop processes, tools, and operating rhythms to achieve organizational goals.
    • Define action plans, align stakeholders, and drive successful change initiatives.

    Education

    • 12 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or business strategy in the tech industry (experience in Cloud and Enterprise Storage is a plus).

    Desired qualifications:

    • MBA or STEM background.
    • Proven problem-solving and presentation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and collaboration.
    • Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Positive attitude and growth mindset.

    USA and Canada Residents Only:

    This position offers a base salary range of $207,000-$290,950. Final compensation depends on geographic location, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, paid time off, 401(K), employee stock options, and more.
