Job Description

  • Compliance with legal requirements for fire protection
  • Patrols and inspection of fire alarm systems and equipment
  • Securing escape and rescue routes
  • Initiating first evacuation and first aid measures
You ensure professional order in the building and the safety of the residents.

Qualifications

  • Instruction or certificate of expertise according to §34a GewO
  • Fire safety and first aid training (can be trained at short notice)
  • Extended police clearance without entries
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
