Director of R&D Project Office (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Project Office organization for Surgical Workflows
  • Manage the Project Office department for Surgical Workflows
  • Ensure timely, costeffective, and highquality delivery of projects
  • Oversee department budget and facilitate personal development
  • Keep key stakeholders wellinformed with accurate and timely progress updates, risks, and issues, and provide support for corresponding escalation paths
  • Collaborate with business owners to develop and execute product development processes
  • Work closely with relevant strategy and finance departments, as well as representatives from different businesses
  • Take on responsibility and moderate various steering boards to drive project reporting and support project management
