    Warehouse Supervisor

    **2nd SHIFT (2:00pm-10:30pm)**

    **What You Will Do In Your Role:**

    Establish, manage, and report productivity efficiencies and operational costs

    Responsibility for operational logistic processes in Inbound / Outbound

    Professional and disciplinary management of employees

    Develop a communication process to report management goals and expectations regularly with warehouse staff

    Responsible for work procedures, preparation, schedules and workflows

    Maintain and report KPI metrics

    Gather KPI for metric reporting

    Publish monthly commentary

    Support Trade Compliance operation (FTZ)

    Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as point of escalation both in and out of hours as required

    Participation in other duties, tasks and projects as assigned

    **The Experience You Will Bring:**

    5+ years working in a warehouse environment

    2+ years of experience in a lead role within a warehouse/distribution environment

    **What Puts You Ahead:**

    BS Degree in operations management, Logistics or similar related field

    2+ years in a supervisor role

    Can identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement

    Proven leadership skills & capabilities

    SAP WM Systems

    Knowledge and experience with 6S

    Familiar with order fulfillment processes

    Knowledge of RF scanning terminals Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
