**Job Description**

Acts as shift supervisor and coordinates activities of workers engaged in outbound receiving of product, including verifying and keeping records on outbound shipments, and preparing items for picking/loading and managing product throughput throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities

Reviews outbound schedule, and other records to determine receiving priorities, work assignments and equipment required to meet receiving schedules.

Oversees container loading activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of pallets.

Responsible for leading his/her shift in the efficient processing of freight including picking, checking, staging and shipment for all customers. Ensures all BOL's are completed in a timely manner.

Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair.

Responsible for the safety and proper use of material handling equipment used by shift personnel.

Responsible for the adherence and execution of standardized procedures

Responsible for the correction and accuracy of all work performed under his/her supervision

Understands and applies Company policies and procedures

Maintain good housekeeping in area and adhere to established Company Safety policies at all times.

Bilingual a Plus English & Spanish

SAP and RF Experience

Serves as an example to subordinates and enforces all applicable safety rules

**Qualifications**

Must have 1 year previous supervisory experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be able to obtain forklift license though the Company
