**Job Title Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Summary:** Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for daily operations in the Warehouse at Liberty Cold. Leading and training the warehouse team members and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of quality products in a manner that is consistent with customer requirements, company policy and procedures.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Provide guidance on quality standards. Ensuring truck turn times, pick accuracy, labor efficiency, retention, and procedures are within guidelines.
Provide leadership on the floor to ensure day to day operations are being met.
Seeks resolution of team member concerns to create an environment that expresses care, concern and consistency toward all team members.
Promotes cooperation and dedication to superior workmanship among all team members.
Provides training for team members on company policies, rules, regulations and job specific duties and responsibilities.
Audits performance to verify knowledge transfer and adherence to training.
Monitors and enforces adherence to GMP and specifications. Maintains high levels of sanitation, housekeeping and product quality.
Assures team members are paid correctly, reviewing timesheets, payroll and labor costs.
Works with the HR department on team member staffing, care, benefits, pay, discipline, etc. Properly documents team member activities for attendance and discipline. Provides documents to HR for inclusion in team members files. Administrates team member vacation and leave programs.
Measure results of the department in regards to KPIs.
Ensure customer deliveries on are time and information is being communicated on a timely and effective basis.
Create an environment where we are seeking continuous improvement in our process.
Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements:**
Minimum of 2 years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred.
Knowledge of MWS, TMS, ERP, BI Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a team of resourceful and skilled team members.
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite.
Knowledge of Ultimate or other timekeeping system.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills including root cause analysis.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
Coaching and performance management experience a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.
