We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse.

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Orange Cabinetry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high standard of efficiency.

You will collaborate with fellow warehouse associates, manage coordination of deliveries, pickups, and shipments, and provide essential support to the front-end processes.

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to streamline order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance overall operations.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless crossfunctional collaboration.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations for warehouse associates, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, shipping/receiving procedures, and warehouse safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problemsolving mindset and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

• Paid time off

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)
