Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
