Who we are:


  • W. Markgraf GmbH & Co KG is a construction and service company that operates nationally in the areas of building construction, civil engineering, and as a general contractor. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Foreman/Supervisor Civil Engineering (m/f/d) Pipeline Construction for immediate employment on national construction sites, mainly in the regions of Bavaria, Hesse, and Baden-Württemberg.

Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and organization of the construction site in coordination with the construction management
  • Supervision of construction site personnel (own staff and subcontractors)
  • Ensuring a timely, highquality, and costeffective construction process
  • Conducting site surveys, surveying work, and stakeouts, among others
  • Ensuring onsite occupational safety and health protection

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training with a focus on civil engineering and/or further training as a certified foreman, works foreman, or supervisor
  • Several years of professional experience on construction sites
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, and assertiveness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
