Your tasks include the following focal points:

  • Care and first point of contact for our customers and visitors
  • Close cooperation and coordination with service advisors
  • Organization and processing of orders
  • Appointment scheduling and dispatch of customer replacement vehicles
  • Invoicing
  • Cash management and administration
  • Participation in projects in the aftersales and service department

Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a car dealership or as a hotel specialist or similar. You are charming, communicative, customer-oriented, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a successful team. You have organizational talent and a strong service and customer-oriented mindset. You are proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Navision and typical workshop planning systems in the automotive industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
