Our client is an expert in professional real estate management and offers a wide range of comprehensive services. With passion and expertise, we take care of the management of rental properties, condominiums, commercial properties, and much more.

Expected tasks:

Preparation, execution, and followup of owners' meetings
Commercial, technical, and legal management of condominium communities according to the Condominium Act (WEG)
Preparation and execution of collection and legal proceedings
Preparation, commissioning, and monitoring of maintenance measures
Management of a team of 2 employees

Competencies - Details:

Education in real estate management
5 years of professional experience in real estate management and practical experience as a property manager (m/f/d)
Very good English language skills. Knowledge of French and/or Russian is a plus
Knowledge of real estate software such as DOMUS or Karthago
WEG certificate is an advantage
