    What is this role?
    As a

    Marketing Project Coordinator


    for Cirkul, you will work closely with the Director of Brand Management to support the timely execution of projects, product launches, and marketing campaigns across various teams.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for marketing and project management.

    What does an average day look like?

    Driving Results:
    Assist in tracking project due dates, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary resources and information for project execution.

    Taking Ownership:
    Manage ongoing launches and campaigns, providing support to ensure their continued success and effectiveness.

    Making Decisions:
    Provide administrative support to channel leads and assist in coordinating leadership reviews and approvals for marketing initiatives.

    Cultivating Relationships:
    Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, video, and social media. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

    Instilling Trust:
    Support in ensuring that established workflows and processes are being followed consistently across marketing teams. Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline processes.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive campaign briefs and delivery decks, outlining project goals, strategies, and key messaging.


    Customer Focus:


    Support the planning and execution of new product launches, including coordinating with Creative, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure a successful rollout.

    What background should you have?
    Proven experience in project coordination or marketing support roles.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
