Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Teammanagement and leadership skills.
  • Participate in project meetings and propose improvement if necessary.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical difficulties and develop solutions
  • Coordinate with team members to keep workflow.
  • Manage projectrelated documentation, employee and project hours, deliveries associated with specific projects, locate tickets, etc.
  • Communicate with clients, owners, vendors to identify and defined project requirements, scope and objectives.
Various office tasks related to construction estimating on an as needed basis.

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the projects being developed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to handle multiply assignments at one.
