    DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Project Coordinator with a specialized focus in the IT industry and related technologies to join our highly competent team in our Tampa office. This individual will collaborate with customers, partners, engineers, and sales teams to coordinate and manage projects from the requirements phase through testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, knowledgeable of project management best practices, client-focused and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and manage projects within a Microsoft tech consulting space
    • Manage project resources, including internal staff and partners
    • Coordinate multiple projects/tasks across departments
    • Gather and analyze requirements and communicate to the project team
    • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with organizational goals
    • Coordinate, attend, and participate in project meetings
    • Manage communications with appropriate project members and stakeholders
    • Schedule and support appropriate meetings as the liaison between stakeholders and the project team
    • Prepare, track, and deliver updates regarding timelines, project progress, risks, etc.
    • Create, organize, and maintain documentation for projects - may include presentations, Gantt charts, project scope, project plans, project updates, etc.

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years' proven experience with project management in the IT industry
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
    • 1 year of customer facing experience
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is required
    • Detailed knowledge and experience in the use of multiple Microsoft Office Products
    • Ability to manage several different projects at various stages with ease
    • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • High emotional intelligence to be able to work in stressful situations with top priority outcomes
    • Customer service orientation
