    SALARY:
    $85,000-$105,000 + Bonus


    JOB SUMMARY:


    Reporting to the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) are responsible for creating a highly effective region of sales team members that will contribute to the organization's achievement of budgeted goals in sales, service, customer satisfaction and cost control.

    Regional Sales Managers, execute sales and production goals, provide tailored regional forecasting, motivate, and train sales representatives and ensure that the customers receive exceptional customer service and have positive experiences with every interaction.


    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:


    Collaborate with National Sales Director and Chief Revenue Officer to develop and drive regional sales strategies to achieve targeted new customers and existing customer new sales goals for the region.

    Coach, mentor and drive revenue goals with field sales management and field sales professionals.
    Assist in the training, development, mentoring and management of field sales teammates and drive sales performance for the region.
    Generation of detailed sales plans, targets and metrics for branches and individual sales professionals. Develop tailored approaches to winning for the region and branches.
    Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and results for the region.
    On a day-to-day basis, coach, lead, mentor, and develop our team of Outside Sales Professionals and Branch Managers.
    Manage sales funnel process (identify, contact, present, negotiate, close) and record activities, opportunities, contacts etc. in the company CRM system.
    Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet targets.

    Work in close contact with other salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas, and brainstorm in a combined effort to set goals.

    Share best practices and be willing to help others on the team win.
    Use strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer relationships & demonstrate the concept of key account management.
    Communicate market trends, industry news, product information and ideas to marketing.
    Attendance at key conferences, trade shows and sales meetings when required.
    Other tasks as assigned by senior management.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
    A proven track record of leading sales teams and creating great customer experiences for customers and their teams.
    5+ years' relevant work experience
    An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture.
    Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills.
    Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and back-end computer systems.
    Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and delivering stellar service to our customers.
    Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts.
    Proven planning and negotiation skills.
    Ability to travel as necessary.
    Proficient in Microsoft office.
