Description
A large financial institution in Frankfurt is seeking employees (m/f/d) in the commercial sector for Meadowbrook, AL.
Your tasks:
- Administrative and analytical support in the daily management and coordination of assigned clients/accounts
- Processing of customer inquiries, deescalation of customer problems, handling of customer reports
- Occasional acquisition of new and existing customers
Your qualifications:
- Ideally, experience in handling international personnel transfers or in the HR field
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and reconciling data (e.g. costs) and documents
- Good understanding of numbers, high attention to detail, and ability to work according to processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Very good German skills and advanced English skills
