Your responsibilities:

  • You develop ideas and lead projects to make our sales more effective and efficient
  • You plan sales territories (e.g. based on size, potential, etc.) and the required sales personnel
  • You conduct regular and adhoc analyses of our sales approaches, structures, and processes
  • You maintain close communication with all relevant interfaces, including our leadership team
  • You distribute sales goals among our sales team and create corresponding bonus models
  • You define key performance indicators, further develop them, and derive recommendations for sales management

What you bring:

  • A successfully completed degree in business or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience, e.g. in controlling or sales management ideally in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Good understanding of sales processes and enjoyment in finding optimization potential
  • Analytical thinking to dive deep into our numbers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to derive the right measures and actively implement them
  • Expert in MS Excel, very good knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), and analysis tools (tableau)
  • Fluent German and English skills
