As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a new team member for our renowned client in Rendsburg: a Customer Service Representative for After Market Products (m/f/d)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating quotes and orders in SAP for spare parts, services, repairs, and other after market products
- Communicating with customers to clarify and manage commercial and organizational aspects related to after market processes
- Coordinating technical clarifications within the team
- Tracking deadlines for order fulfillment
- Handling customer complaints and warranty cases
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Technical understanding
- Understanding of commercial quote and order processing
- Reliability in team work as well as in independent tasks
- Good knowledge of English
