The Fire Protection, Disaster Management and Rescue Center Property Company, BKRZ GmbH & Co.

KG, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the city of Frankfurt am Main, responsible for managing all properties of the Frankfurt Fire Department and Volunteer Fire Departments.

In addition, BKRZ GmbH & Co. KG carries out all new construction, renovation and maintenance measures in the fire department sector.

To strengthen our Technical Facility Management department, we are currently seeking a reliable, flexible and team-oriented RESPONSIBLE OBJECT CARETAKER (M/F/D) FULL-TIME EGR - 9B TVÖD (DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS).

Your tasks will include:

Structural and technical maintenance as well as service-oriented care of critical infrastructure properties and their technical systems (technical building management)
Ensuring the safety and functionality of all technical systems and equipment
Coordination and supervision of external service providers and contractors
Implementation of preventive maintenance measures and repairs
Documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
Participation in emergency response and crisis management activities
Compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
