    Job Description

    • Support, establish, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to align HR strategies with business priorities.
    • Coach business executives on HR policies and processes to promote engagement and continuous development.
    • Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion team to foster diversity and inclusion in talent activities.
    • Translate business priorities and external market factors into talent strategies.
    • Lead change management efforts as our business evolves.
    • Act as a project manager for various HR initiatives and special projects.
    • Manage day-to-day HR issues for assigned client groups.
    • Facilitate the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and programs.
    • Partner with internal teams to develop a comprehensive talent management approach.
    • Champion performance management processes and systems for an inclusive culture.
    • Collaborate with business leaders and learning teams to enhance learning experiences for employees.
    • Identify and address employee training needs based on business strategy.
    • Support employee survey analysis and action planning processes.
    • Collaborate with recruitment to acquire and retain top talent.
    • Mentor junior members of the HRBP team.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner with expertise in various HR functions.
    • Demonstrated success in developing innovative solutions and working with senior executives.
    • Strong consulting, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
    • Established credibility, proactiveness, and trustworthiness as a thought partner.
    • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Preferred MBA or Masters in Human Resources.
    • Experience in project management and large corporate environments.
