We are an IT company based in Dreieich (Frankfurt) and we are looking for a dedicated First Level Support employee (m/f/d) to join our team.

Position:
First Level Support (m/f/d)


Location:
Munich


Working hours:
Full-time, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Providing support to our customers in First Level Support for IT issues via phone, email, and video call
  • Handling and resolving inquiries and incident reports in the area of audio, video, and data transmission
  • Managing tickets and documenting support processes
  • Actively participating in the development and optimization of support processes
  • Working closely with other support teams and technical experts

Requirements:


  • Experience in First Level Support and solid knowledge in the area of audio and video communication
  • Proficiency in video call technologies, particularly AVVC (Audio Video Call Control) and DSS (Digital Signal System)
  • Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
  • Teamwork and ability to work independently
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
