The ABS Safety GmbH, based in Kevelaer, is one of the largest providers of modern safety products and digital solutions for the roofing industry.

ABS manufactures 90 percent of its products at its headquarters in the Lower Rhine region and is a competent partner for planning, installation, and testing of fall protection systems.

With Lock Book, ABS Safety GmbH offers a specially programmed digital multitool for the roofing industry.
We need you, as we are currently very busy with existing and new digital products. However, we do not want to stand still, as we aim to further digitize the roofing industry. This is a challenging task, and therefore we need great talents in product management, software development, and design.

Rooted in the Lower Rhine region, we are moving to the center of the bustling metropolis on the Rhine to establish a new location for our digital product development.

And this is where you come in.

What you will do:

You will consistently and efficiently moderate meetings and workshops at various levels, from teams to management.
You will promote and demand close collaboration and knowledge exchange among all members of a product team and across product teams, as well as internal and external colleagues.
You will help create a culture of mutual respect, open exchange, and selforganization.
You will assist the team in defining and understanding metrics to make the efficiency of collaboration and processes transparent.
