Your tasks:

Development and administration of blended learning programs and elearning content
Further development of the FLC learning management system for process integration
First level support for local trainers, customers, and technicians
Development and implementation of FLC training for administrators of technical training
Development and implementation of training in the organizational area
Design of training content and concepts in collaboration with technical trainers
Support of trainers in creating and translating training materials
Coordination, planning, support, and monitoring of the local trainer concept
Organizational responsibility for the existing and future document management system

Your profile:

Completed degree in teaching/adult education or a comparable degree
Several years of professional experience in the development, implementation, and support of training concepts
Experience in lean and project management
Knowledge of methodology and didactics in the field of adult education
Knowledge of technical writing
Quick comprehension, proactive action
Structured way of working
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel
