Join our team at the DPFA-Regenbogen-Grundschule in Zwickau as a part-time after-school teacher (m/f/d).

Are you an explorer and researcher who inspires and supports children in their learning environment? Or are you more of a costume artist, superhero, or all-rounder? Then become part of our team

Your responsibilities:

Educating, nurturing, and caring for the children in your afterschool group
Collaborating with a teacher to provide holistic support for the children, including assisting in the classroom and providing individual support for students and small learning groups in various subjects
Working closely with the class teacher, including organizing and conducting parent meetings, projects, events, and class trips
Taking responsibility for designing educational activities based on your skills and our school concept

Your qualifications:

You have completed a vocational training as a staterecognized educator
Alternatively, you have a degree as a staterecognized social pedagogue, childhood educator, or an equivalent qualification according to the Saxon Qualification Ordinance (SächsQualiVO)
You enjoy bringing new ideas to the table to bring our afterschool concept to life and actively contribute to its positive development
You possess a high level of independence, responsibility, resilience, patience, and empathy
