City Clean offers the opportunity to work in a family-run company with 19 branches and 550 employees throughout Germany, with its headquarters in Berlin.

Our business is providing dirt-trapping mats, which our service drivers deliver to hotels, doctor's offices, and restaurants on a regular basis.

Our two large laundries ensure that we always have clean replacement mats available.

As a clerk, you will be part of the back office team in the sales department.

What we expect from you:


  • A completed commercial or comparable education.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, knowledge of Navision would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable with digital communication through Zoom, Teams, Skype.
  • Perhaps you also have some experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of English desirable, but not mandatory.

What you will be doing:


  • Writing contracts for our new customers.
  • Creating quotes in close collaboration with our field sales representatives.
  • Supporting the field sales team by scheduling appointments and clarifying questions from new customers.
  • Recording, documenting, and maintaining customer data.
